SHIPPING POLICY

Processing time

Orders are processed and dispatched within 24 to 48 hours of purchase.

Delivery time

Standard delivery takes 6–15 business days from dispatch. Delivery windows are estimates and can vary during peak periods such as Halloween and the holiday season.

Shipping cost

Free tracked shipping on every order. No minimum spend, no exceptions.

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Please allow 2–3 business days for tracking information to begin updating after dispatch.

Where we ship

We ship to all countries available at checkout. If your country doesn't appear during checkout, we don't currently ship there.

Customs and import duties

International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes set by your local customs authority. These charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the purchase price.

Incorrect addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We can't be held responsible for packages sent to an incorrectly entered address, though we'll always do our best to help.
